She holds a Project Management Certificate and is a certified Internal Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 19011 and 45001. With extensive expertise spanning administration, finance, IT, operations, project support and project management, Kate provides a holistic, systems-driven approach to improving project delivery and operational efficiency. Known for her integrity, structured thinking and strong leadership, Kate is passionate about driving organisational excellence and sustainable performance.

Taryn brings extensive experience in project coordination, operational support and financial management. With a strong background spanning complex, multi-disciplinary projects, Taryn plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects run efficiently, compliantly and on budget. In addition to her project coordination/management responsibilities, Taryn also serves as our Financial Manager, overseeing all the day-to-day accounting functions of the business. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong systems knowledge and ability to bridge project and financial requirements, Taryn is integral to maintaining both operational excellence and financial integrity across the organisation.

Helen is the heart of our support services team and a dedicated bookkeeper with a passion for client care.
